The 1st-ever Rally for Youth Day at the Capitol on March 1, 2007 was a huge success, despite a blizzard and terrible travel conditions.  More than 400 youth and youth service professionals from around the state attended the rally in the Capitol rotunda, participated in meetings with legislators and other events of the day.

 

The Youth Day at the Capitol was a collaborative effort of the Mentoring Partnership of Minnesota, Lutheran Social Services of MN, MN Youth Intervention Programs Association, MN Youth Service Association, Stand Up For Kids, Streetworks, Youth Community Connections, and the Youth Policy Alliance.
