Strategic Planning, Thinking, and Action: Finding the Right Strategic Tool for your Orgazinatinal Culture
Limited resources in an ever changing economy require organizations to be proactive in shaping the future of their work. Successful organizations use strategic plans as road maps to build their future while meeting short-term agency goals. Knowing the right questions, strategies, and implementation can help you create a meaningful process in your agency's strategic direction. This session emphasizes the importance of strategic planning, thinking, and action and integrates these three components with your organization's culture.
