Bridge Builders for Kids is a Christian mentoring organization whose vision is to end second-generational incarceration by connecting children of prisoners and their families to a loving network that will encourage and inspire them to achieve their God-given potential. Bridge Builders for Kids equips adult mentors with the training and support they need to be a positive, stable and meaningful friend. Girl Scouts is a dynamic and contemporary organization that prepares girls to seek and meet the challenges of our ever changing society. Adults mentors are partnered with college students of color. They encourage the students in a service project with K-8th grade children, which is required in exchange for their college scholarship.
