Girls can join at any time during the year by becoming an individual member, joining a troop, a special interest group, or attending summer camp. | | | Page Education Foundation Adults mentors are partnered with college students of color. They encourage the students in a service project with K-8th grade children, which is required in exchange for their college scholarship.
