The Mentoring Partnership is governed by a Board of Directors that is made up of individuals who are willing to serve as a champion for youth in Minnesota, demonstrate community leader in the workplace and broader community, and understand and value diversity and cultural competencies.

The Mentoring Partnership also formed an Executive Youth Board.  The youth provide leadership by serving as a unified voice for young people involved in youth-mentoring in Minnesota.
